With the reduction in street drinking I wonder if the next anti-social behaviour target/priority could be motorised scooters. There seem to be a lot of kids stick L plates on a scooter and then race them, often late at night and I've noticed it particularly around the triangle of roads around the Co-op local on Stanstead Rd. I've also noticed the Pizza Hut delivery scooters regularly flouting rights of way, going the wrong way down one way streets, riding on pavements, in cycle lanes etc.
