And relax, the one at the end of kemble is bubbling away nicely inside its protective barrier. I was worried they may have tried to repair it.....

This was 'completed' overnight but the making good will need further attention as will the damage caused by the leak to the road further along.

Woke up this morning with no water supply, Honor Oak Rd near the junction with Manor Mt, as usual nothing on the Thames Water site. Just came on here to moan really. Not being able to shower gets my day off to a great start.

Called Thames Water to be told that because I'm in an upper floor that they won't do anything! Apparently they are only responsible for problems that ground floor properties have.

UPDATE - credit where credit's due, Thames Water called me back to let me know that others have reported the problem and engineers are on their way. So thank you whoever it was that also reported the problem.

Thames Water are just like all other big companies - a farking joke, just take tke take - be different if you owed them money

Better see if my mum has any water as she lives locally and she is 93
