Great, just great. I'm doing the London Surrey 100 bike ride on Sunday 2 August and I was relying on the Overground to get me and my bike over to the Olympic park for the start.

AMFM - On August 2nd we're supposed to have 4 London Overground trains per hour from Forest Hill/Honor Oak Park to Canada Water as well as the usual Southern service to London Bridge service so you should be able to get to Stratford for the Olympic park ok.
Good luck with the ride!

I'd considered doing that last year for the Ride 100 but in the end, because you have to be there an hour before your start time, the timings just didn't work.
I cycled over instead... The Blackwall Tunnel is closed to traffic that day but you are allowed to cycle through it which is helpful. I think it took longer to find the right start colour than it did to cycle to Stratford.
Despite Hurricane Bertha blowing through it was an awesome day although took a good few junctions before remembering that you don't have to stop at traffic lights that day!
