On a perhaps related issue, did anyone else notice that after the Post Office in WH Smith's was refurbished (to add the completely unused and unnecessary finaincal services room), almost all the staff changed? I think maybe one member of staff remained from the previous team. I thought that rather strange. It's like there was some sort of root and branch reorganisation going on, but why?

I can't say I've noticed any post problems, but have certainly noticed in the last few weeks that it seems to be different posties every time they've had to ring the bell for a large item. And they seem to be going around in pairs!

We have been getting post but also know that some items are getting delayed, possibly, am wondering, the ones requiring signature. There is one tracked package which is showing as delivered (in Forest Hill PDO) but we have not received it.

My post appears to be back to normal.
