Now I know this is being lazy - however, can someone please advise the average cost of a 3 bedroom house in FH please

The prices seem a bit low even in these recessionary times; from estate agents windows ( which I know isnt the price they sell at necessarily) I would add another 15-20% to these prices.

6.3% will do but I suspect once the market stablilises and confidence and sensible lending return that figure will rise. Fair play to New Cross and its 22% rise as I'd never in a million live there- did once for a few months and definitely not again. Not even for the Amersham Arms or even Steve Harley.

I celebrated my quarter century in Forest Hill last April and have still no plans to move away as it just gets better here!
