This crossing seems to have been adjusted again to give a longer wait for pedestrians. Anyone else noticed this?

I thought it was going to be a link to video footage of me running between the cars on Monday morning on a reckless pedestrians site. I wasn't the only one to give up waiting.

I've read that these lights were privatised and made £9850 last year, automatically sending the best clips to Harry Hill's Pedestrian Mayhem TV show.

I have definitely had some anxiety-inducing delays waiting for the lights to change while trying to reach my morning train - I'm sure these are taking much longer now. Certainly i've seen more people dash across the road out of sheer frustration.

Yes I am always relieved when the traffic is at a standstill on the South Circular so you can cross at any time.
