Morning All,
Does anyone please know a route I can take at lunchtimes from 5 Churchill Place to walk for approx 1hr and end back at CP - ive looked at CW and it appears that most roads are a dead end and lead to water
Will be moving across to CW in May to work

If you can do just over 4.5 miles in the hour I'd go right round the Isle of Dogs on the Thames Path until you get to Westferry Circus and then walk through CW to get back to Churchill place. That's a very pleasant walk and can be shortened by cutting across the island as there's a footbridge over the docks at Pepper Street. This useful link might help you plan your route...

You could do a lot worse than stroll over to The Grapes for a swift half: a delightful little pub - and genuinely old fashioned - in Limehouse.
Google Maps will give you an idea of the walking time to there.
