I do this route regularly. I always go through Lordship Lane, Camberwell, Oval, Vauxhall Bridge, Embankment, Earls Court, Hammersmith Flyover. Its a good route if there's no traffic. When its busy the Embankment/Earls Court stretch is usually the worst bit but at the time you are going it should be fine.
