Apparently those new houses in FH will have "vertical gardens"; I assume that means you just get to stand and look at a wall of grass up the side of your house?

That almost back's on to my garden and looks stunning, but as much as I'd love looking at the funky design when I walk past I'd still love coming home to my traditional victorian surrounding's. but I am a bit of an old fuddy duddy at heart.

Yeah, P1971, and at least you don't have to climb a 20 foot ladder with a pair of scissors to mow yer poxy lawn!

I much prefer spending time sanding and staining my original victorian floorboards than making all modern, but that's just my personal choice.

there aren't hardly any 2 bed flats in SE23 for sale and first time borrowing is up 37% YoY hence the big jumps in prices
