Anyone else affected by no BT Infinity service? Since 17:00 yesterday (07 Oct) there has been no service meaning that anything broadband/internet has been impossible. Phoning BT customer service offers yet more additional chocolate teapots to my collection - does anyone know if it will ever come back? States that it is an issue Forest Hill wide, is anyone else affected? GRRR

We're still online in Honor Oak Park with BT Infinity. Hope yours comes back soon!

We had the same issue in Forest Hill last night. Broadband still wasn't working this morning before I left for work, but the BT website claims it is now 'resolved', so hopefully should be working soon.

I'm on BT Infinity in Forest Hill and have had no problems at all. Which suggests that's it's a very localised problem.

It's back! Must have been a Devonshire Road thing only, the joys of a fledgling fibre to premises package. Posting on SE23.com evidently caused the marketing department to get involved maybe?

Not with BT infinity but with Sky (although obviously BT openreach manage our line). We've had no phone service since the weekend, and they are 'looking into it'
Broadband is fine though weirdly.

TBH our phone line and broadband have been really variable for the past couple of years, sometimes the line is so crackly the phone is inaudible, broadband drops regularly, doesn't matter which provider we are with, have had various BT engineers out all say the line is fine or give different advice none of which solves it. We don't really know what to do any more. Anyone else have this problem?
