These charming and model citizens are precisely the reason why I moved away from Dartmouth Road. They congregrated outside Slickmanz and I witnessed more than one accident, usually with the innocent third party coming off worse!

I reported to Safer Neighbourhoods many times, but they seemed reluctant to help. Quad bike riders apparently are not required to wear a helmet. Seems madness to me.
