More annoyed by the kids on motor scooters who use the triangle of Stanstead Rd and South Circular as a mini grand prix circuit on a daily basis. Cannot understand how the law allows kids to stick an "L" sticker on a scooter at the age of 15 or 16 and then burn around on public roads causing mayhem.
