"The Forest with the Big Hill" are excited to confirm that Graham Langley will be performing at our next event taking place on Saturday 11th October. Described by The Times as a ‘storyteller for the 21st century’, Graham’s enthusiasm, energy and enthusiastic performances have captivated audiences worldwide.

On a personal note, if you've never been to a storytelling event, I'd recommend you give it a try. I helped this group a bit with their website, and got two complimentary tickets to a performance last year. It was interesting - a bit, I imagine, as a folk club might be, not that I go much to them. In fact, the story telling, when the performer picked up a guitar, pretty well was folk song, of the traditional ballad type. Cue another Joan Baez song, which I also enjoyed last night


although my rationalist side cavils a bit as the supernatural ...
