I think that article did come up in previous posts at the time, but I admit I cannot find them right now.

There are quite a few that mention that we are "up-and-coming" - the trick is to make it happen. Lots happening at the moment (as you will read here) so, yes, it is an exciting time.

I just walked past The Hob, and it looks pretty good (if a little sparse tight now) and Lemon Grove is freshly painted, but still nothing inside.
