Am presuming this thread refers to the scaffolding at the side of Wspoons.

I had assumed that they were flats - didn't know they were townhouses.

Don't suppose anyone has a link to the developer/specs/proposed prices?

Am assuming that they will be finished pretty soon - developers don't usually hang around once they have started and I would expect speedy marketing, even in advance of them being finished.
