Yes, it is scaffolding used for lifting building materials across to the site behind those shops and buildings where property developers are building some new town houses.

The nail bar and my trusty old hair dresser Mirror Mirror are affected by this horrific looking scaffolding but they have been told by the council it is not much that can be done until work is finished.
