I think "step lady" was back again at around 4pm this afternoon.
There was a middle aged slender woman sitting on the steps to the underpass (on the eastern side) wearing many thick layers of clothes with a few bulging bags,
She wasn't begging just sitting there, and although she appeared clean she did look like she may have been homeless.
