The only thing I'm slightly surprised by is why they have chosen that particular venue? The Crooked Well is in a lovely old corner pub building, it's a nice looking space, whereas the Belulah unit is a drab uninspiring unit in a new build. The interior and quality of food and drink are going to have to be special just to get over the truly uninspiring exterior because it's not going to attract passers by - it will need to be a destination in itself.
