It's unclear to me now why the current owner held out so long for a tenant (3 years?), leaving in empty, just to flog it on a few months into getting some regular income? I can't imagine Sodo have a hugely long lease so it can't be that they get a higher price for having a sitting tenant?

I think SoDo have a 20 year lease.
