Medium sized, female (I think) black and tan cross breed. Looked elderly some serious skin/coat problem on her back end. Red collar.

Wandering along Vancouver road. Very scared, couldn't get close.

Anyone know her? Im really hoping she is lost and not thrown out.. Sad

2pm today.
