So these BT Sport ads have caught my eye, plus our Virgin Internet line has been letting us down quite frequently for months now. But I recall some forum users saying BT were a bit useless around these parts?

Does anyone have any inside tips, advice or experiences?

(We're on Priestfield Road if having an accurate address makes much difference...)
