I live in a first-floor flat on Devonshire Road and woke up this morning to find a black and white cat sitting on the railings outside our front door. It seems he/she may have climbed up the outside of the building (there are pipes etc) and be unable to get down. Won't move (for now). Please contact me asap if this cat could be yours - I feel very sorry for it! Thanks.
