I hate to make my first post on this forum a negative one, but last night my bike shed was broken into and commuter bike stolen. I'm on Siddons road and it's fairly clear that they got over a neighbouring garden fence and into my garden.

Just a message to everyone to be vigilant when it comes to locking bikes up. I will now be securing my back garden and will upgrade my shed when I get a new bike.

If anyone should see a silver/grey colour Specialized Rock Hopper Mountain Bike with thinish (hybrid road) type tires on I'd appreciate a heads-up. It has two lights on the front, one on the rear and a small bag under the saddle.

Since moving here last year my experience has been a very positive one, so I won't let this make me change my mind about the area.
