Is anyone else finding that when they try to drive anywhere at the moment, they are hampered at every turn by temporary lights? They started on Perry Rise then the nasty ones at Crofton Park appeared. Somewhere along the line they chucked a set in along Stondon Park and now they've really turned the screw by putting a four way arrangement at Brockley Grove / Manwood Road. The only explanation is the approaching end of the financial year. It would be more tolerable if some people didn't think that the rules are you can keep driving as long as there is a car in front of you even if the lights have changed.
