Yesterday – my mother who lives in The Park 95 London Road, had someone knock on her door, she opened the door with the chain on, and some bloke was standing there claiming he was doing work in the flat above, he then asked if her husband was in, when my mother said no, he asked if he could have some water, just at the same time, the carer who looks after my brother arrived, on hearing her come up the stairs, this man plus 2 other youths run down the stairs and off into street.
