hello all

i'm looking to buy a place in SE22/23 with two friends, we've been looking mainly in the honour oak area and to the dulwich side of the tracks but to be honest our budget is at breaking point.

options seem cheaper on the east side, and whilst i'm keen to stay as far from catford as i can it is much cheaper.

i saw a nice place on shipman road last week, it seemed nice though i did notice some security shutters on the corner shop. could anyone please give me an opinion on shipman road? any other nice little pockets in the FH/HO area brought to my attention greatly appreciated too.
