New block of flats on Westbourne Drive

Does anyone have any further information of the demolition and building of a block of 10 flats at 56 Westbourne Drive? It's next door to the one completed in 2006 but I have a feeling it's a different firm carrying out the works.

The planning application seems to have been granted. Does anyone know who is building this new block and when? Any info greatly received.
