Hi, I live in Forest Hill in a block of flats managed by Lewisham Homes.
I have just received the invoice for the service charge which is now over 800 pound, while last year was just over 500.

There has been an increase of 55%!

Has anybody else notice that?
Who would be the best person to complain to? I'm talking about politicians because calling Lewisham Homes has proven useless in the past...
