Hi i would like to know i live above the shops on the main south circular standstead road opposite sunderland road and i am confused with the rubbish collection as our black bins from my flat door to the other flats is only 4 and by the time i go and put rubbish out they are all full then i have to take back inside
please let me know the days the rubbish is being collected for flats above shops
