Bi fold doors and how to do it...

I am looking to install bi fold doors but need to increase the hole in the wall first and understand I need to get planning permission first. Does anyone know a engineer/architect/draftsman who has the skills and ability to draw up those plans? If so I would be grateful if you would message me and let me know. Thanks.
