As a follow on to the continuing closure of Sydenham Park outside the electricity substation (see other thread), I have now noticed the other contractors encamped there (seemingly working for Network Rail) have laid an apparent temporary road, parallel to the railway, over where the children used to have a safe football kick about area - on grass land to the side of 201 Longfield Crescent. There seems to be no relevant planning permission for this on the Lewisham planning site.
Anyone know for what purpose?
