Yesterday at 9.37am, cctv caught a hoodie riding my bike towards FH station.
It's an Electric bike, very distinctive, but with a white basket on the front and a grey motor bike box on the back.

He can't get far as he doesn't have the keys to start the motor, plus it runs on lead acid batteries, which make the bike extremely heavy to peddle without the motor kicking in. The bike also has a slow puncture on the back tyre.                 This makes me think he may have dumped it somewhere.
