Not exactly within SE23 but within reach - I thought SE23ers might be interested in this idea. It would provide both green space and a link between different parts of Peckham http://peckhamcoalline.strikingly.com/

They are crowdfunding for a feasibility study this month http://www.spacehive.com/peckhamcoalline
