I noticed that both Forest Hill and Honour Oak are distinctly lacking in such schemes compared to the surrounding areas (take a look using the search function http://www.ourwatch.org.uk/your_local_area/ ).

I'm relatively new to the area, but I wonder if there has previously been interest in the scheme.
