Friends of Mayow Park have just received some hedgerow whips

i.e. young native hedgerow species which can be easily put in to replace gaps, and which we also mean to plant along the southern path, opposite the bowls green, so improving the habitat for birds and other species - as well as humans.

Please come and join us planting them this Sunday, 9th November, from 1.30pm to 3pm, but don't feel you have to stay the whole time. We have some tools, but if you bring your own forks, spades, trowels and gardening gloves, it would be very much appreciated.
