Pretty much every night they roar around the whole area. I've seen a whole group of them that will speed in and out of traffic and rev for no real reason but to annoy. I have young kids who are woken by these idiots pretty much every night for the past two weeks! They do seem to come and go as we had the same issue around this time last year.

Any ideas on what could be done? Don't see the police waiting around to pull them over.
