I'm sure I'm not the only one who has/ is experiencing low/ no water pressure due to an issue with Thames Water. On more than one occasion, today being one of those, there has been a failure at the Crystal Palace pumping station.
There are also numerous leaks which go unattended for months even though said leaks are reported to Thames Water.
May I recommend we start sending our complaints to Thames Water in hopes these issue will be sorted?
