Anxious cat - advice?

Are there any cat charmers out there? We are having trouble catching one of our cats, and we need to take her to get her annual vaccination. Even worse, next week we need to catch them both to take them to the cattery. They are 9 and have had a comfortable and sheltered life and we've never had this problem with other cats. Thanks.
