Views on the Dacres Estate

Hello. Does anyone know what the Dacres estate at the end of Mayow Road / Inglemere Road is like? I grew up nearby and don't remember it being bad but it has been a while and I wondered if it has "come up" at all in the way the rest of FH has? Thanks
