In how many cases were the problems solved over the long haul? As an example, I will give last night. 2am. Phone call 101. A drunk and stoned guy is harassing people at a bus stop and shouting! 2.35am I am calling 112 this time because the situation is escalating. The same man attacked a courier on a motorcycle, kicked cars passing by on the road. He attacks several people on the street. While I was still talking he attacked two people on the pavement and almost caused an accident by jumping in front of a lorry (Tesco or similar). The police are still not there, even though he has already attacked several people and several cars. He is becoming more aggressive by the minute. At exactly 3am he attacks two women at a bus stop. They run away, stop the bus at the last minute and quickly get on. The furious guy takes revenge on the bus shelter. 3.01am. The police show up... they talk to him for a few minutes and tell him to leave the area around the pool. They don't arrest the criminal. I would like to point out that a few days earlier this same man was harassing people and more people called the police about it. He was arrested then and he's been fine until today. This time the police did nothing!!! They allowed him to scream in a different place and harass people in a different place. And I think most importantly. You won't label me a racist because I'm an immigrant from Poland myself. I try to respect British law and customs, but I'm fed up with UNDERFUNDING THE POLICE AND CLOSING EVERY STATION. And back to this man... he's not British. He said recently that he comes from Africa and babbled something about Morocco. It's great that he's in the UK and that he's been given a chance to live in this beautiful country, but I think that immigrants who are particularly antisocial should receive help such as addiction treatment. And if they don't want to get treatment, hospitality also has its limits. If you don't want to adapt, then goodbye. Last year, we had about 30 sleepless nights because of this idiot. Two stores near the pool are also very much to blame. I witnessed drunk people harassing children near the pool, smashing bottles, urinating on passersby and then going to the store and the salesman continuing to sell them alcohol. I don't know how many of you didn't sleep that night....and all because of one idiot! My neighbors and their young son didn't sleep......they don't even call the police anymore because it makes no sense. I reported three serious crimes yesterday, the police didn't accept the report...because they didn't send me a message with the report number. So the statistics will be better, and even if it was recorded as a successful intervention, it's not true. Chasing him to another place showed him that he won't bear any responsibility. In Forest Hill near the pool, at night we actually have about four people...of which this drunk idiot is responsible for most of the crimes. It may not be a crime for the system, but who will guarantee that the neighbor's sleepy son will not get hit by a car, will not waste another day of school. Who will guarantee that my neighbor will not crash his car or have a serious accident at work due to a sleepless night? And all because of one drunk pedophile. Yes, a pedophile!! The last time he was arrested, he told a woman that I had beautiful breasts to kiss, but he would lick her daughter's p**** all day. Her daughter was maybe 3 years old? That was when passers-by called the police. When will you stop playing with people like that and take concrete action. While the police are forced to deal with him AGAIN, other criminals are not prosecuted. It's a vicious circle. The police know very well who I am writing about. And I am not hiding and if anyone is still fed up with this, please contact me. Maybe since the government and police are not in control of anything, it is time for a civic guard? I would also like to point out that my wife does not take such rows very well... especially after she was attacked and only miraculously was not raped... and the police did not take the report. claiming that he did not rape and was only drunk, so it was not a crime and he was making a bit of noise but this is just anti-social behaviour and Lewisham council should have reacted - and they did not.
