Small black bin once a week was ridiculous. Now once a fortnight? Laughable.

When 50% of your council tax goes towards housing and looking after people on benefits (and set to rise to over 60%+) you've got to have a fundamental change in the way society works.

This is a controversial opinion but people on housing benefit should be forced to relocate out of central London on a case by case basis.

When the residents who pay all their taxes can't even get their rubbish picked up, you've got a problem.
