Your advice is good and an appreciated reminder to be vigilant, but i'm afraid it always comes across as if the victims are to blame. We were 'burgled' twice a few years back and were given a lot of advice and leaflets, but the fact is they simply smashed straight through the glass back door. No amount of door locks and caution could stop that. And as i have said we were made to feel it was our fault.
