Thanks for info..I'll give it a try.
I noticed the chef putting leaflets out and thought he looked Japanese rather than Chinese (I lived in Japan for awhile and can usually tell the difference) Which is good news as it means the Sushi won't just be like 'M&S' Or 'Pret'.
I did notice however that on the leaflets the name of the place is 'HELGA' which I found quite odd..conjures up images of Saurkraut and Bierkellers rather than Sushi and Chinese.
in fact it made me giggle
