I agree.

Stick to one thing and do it well. I'd steer clear of anywhere that did English Breakfasts and Sushi! It makes it seem as if you aren't confident in what you do.

If you put images of what you do in the window, make sure they are what you get when you but it and not stock shots, and don't do it unless the pictures are really well photographed.

We'd like a good sushi place nearby, but it has to be good.
