Thanks everyone! We decided to go with it and will be moving to the area in three weeks. Really excited, it sounds like a lovely place. We have a baby so being a bit further from the centre and getting more for our money suits us. I've done the walk to and from the station and didn't think it was bad at all but will have to try out those back roads. Thanks and look forward to meeting you soon
