Very sad farewell to the Honor Oak Gallery

I'd like to do a story for South London Press on this - I gather that there has been concern about people wanting to take on empty units in Honor Oak but finding rents too high. I gather also someone wanted to take on the framing shop but landlord not keen - is this true? I had a call from someone today who is concerned at empty shops in the parade.
