It's a great shame he's closing. I went in there too recently and he was kind and talkative and reflective on his time in HOP. Alas he did not think he would have time to do my print before retiring so I ultimately went elsewhere.

I also don't understand why people don't take things back if there is something wrong with them, the English have a very weird attitude about service culture.
