A little off topic,but great news about the ruling. Lets hope these schools get the funding that they were promised and this ridiculous diversion of funding into unaccountable 'free' schools is also stopped in its tracks so that a more strategic and reasonable approach can be taken to school remodelling and extension, and perhaps even a new school, provided and run by the local authority!
