Brian, I doubt that you would find the description 'Blacks' on any monitoring form - unless of course you were signing up for something via the BNP.

The concerns raised here are about assumptions and blanket statements that appear to be racist in nature.

There are laws against discrimination, hence monitoring forms in relation to all the diversity strands (Age, gender, sexuality, ethnicity, faith and disability)
