Got my anorak back on, so here goes. In answer to Nevermodern, Six Pillars is slap-bang next door to the Dulwich Wood House but on Crescent Wood Rd, not on Sydenham Hill. It's fantastic inside as I was lucky enough to get in during the one time the previous owners opened up for Open House. They were utterly amazed at the queue which by early afterenoon meant a two-and-a-half hour wait. It has a full width terrace on the first-floor at the rear and a roof terrace, the brick drum seen from the outside is an elegant spiral staircase. I believe it to have been designed by Val Harding who worked in Lubetkin's Tecton office and sadly he was killed in action in WW2. Fantastic house although if I had 1,3 million to spare, I'm not sure if I would want the noise from the pub garden! "Regina" is the pure white house on the triangle at the top of Horniman Drive, not the Arts and Crafts style houe next to Baxter Court, the '80's flats next to the radio mast. Hope that is useful.
